So I can do one of two things:

Weight: light - Reps: 15-18 - Form: good, ass2️⃣grass

OR

Weight: heavy - Reps: 5-8 - Form: I try..? Can’t get down too far.

Idk which is better ladies! Trying lift and shape. TIA! 💕
