I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years, and he asked me to move in with him in the apartment he will be moving into in the next few weeks. I want to sooooo bad, but my only issue is my dad. I’m 23 with a full time job, and I graduated college this past year. But my dad is really strict still at my age, and I don’t think he will take it well at all. I tried to move out once when I was 18, and then at 19 and those two times got physical because he didn’t want me moving out. Now that I’m older and have a job and can afford to move out I’m hoping it won’t turn into another physical altercation. I’m just nervous and I don’t know how to tell him. I don’t know if I should move all of my stuff out when he’s at work one day and then tell him or what. My boyfriend said he doesn’t want to move into this apartment alone and he wants to start our lives together. Idk what to do. I’m so nervous that I’m making myself sick over this.
