Very sleepy baby

My newborn daughter is a week old today and I’ve noticed since bringing her home she will literally sleep all night. I have to wake her to nurse her. I did have a c-section and was prescribed Oxycodone for pain, but I stopped taking it once I noticed how sleepy she is. I haven’t taken it in a few days and she’s still doing the same. Could she still be sleepy from the meds, is it a dream come true, or should I be worried? I plan on calling the doctor if it persists but wondering if any other mommies have experienced this.
