When to get ultrasound

I got BFP on Sept 6th!
When do you typically get your first ultrasound ?

Depends where you are and if you are high risk. But usually 8-12 weeks

Answer

1st child- Ultrasound at 8 weeks. 
2nd child- Ultrasound at 6 1/2 weeks 
20 weeks with 3rd- Ultrasound at 12 weeks 
Many OBs don’t give early ultrasounds if they aren’t needed. By 12 weeks baby is almost fully formed and by that point they can do the nuchal translucency too. Hope this helps hun!

typically it's not done until 8 or 9 weeks but be sure to call and schedule an appointment. just let them know you got a positive and they'll schedule you
