Bleeding

I missed 2 birth control pills I took 2 once I remembered I had just had my period the week before then I had my period again it has been lasting 12 days now it hasn’t stopped I just started my sugar pills yesterday usually when I start my sugar pills is when I start my period. So does this mean that my period will last an extra week tell after my sugar pills like normal untell my period gets on track again ? The bleeding is very for the last 5days it would trick me it would look like it was going away and they next day it would come back heavy. I spoke with my crane said if it has lasted after 7days call her and make a app. I have it on Friday I’m just worried I’ve never been on my period this long but I never skipped periods either.
