Did you have nausea and vomiting your first trimester?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my first. I’ve been feeling nauseous and threw up the first time last night since I found out I’m pregnant . What did you do to help with the nausea?

Not with my first pregnancy bc I miscarried at 9 weeks, but I’ve had it baddd this time. From 5-12 weeks it was non stop!! Finally ended & i only throw up if I don’t eat for a while.

This is going to sound so weird but I did everything to try & ease my nausea. I tried all the ginger, lemon, sour stuff, peppermint tea, crackers, vitamin b6, etc. nothing worked and I couldn’t keep anything down. I lost 22 lbs in 2 weeks. My doc was on the verge of getting me on a nutrition IV to get me back up. So I said screw it & gave in to the only thing that sounded good. Pizza. Worked like a charm.
