Chances of pregnancy?

My SO just got out of surgery about a week ago. He’s still in bed & yesterday i got really heated so I got on top of him & rode him. He didn’t cum but it was unprotected. Also, i finished my period about 2 days ago. I finished, laid down & about an hour later, got back on top and rode him again... unprotected again. He asked if he could finish inside but i said no so he held back & didn’t cum (neither did I). I got off and we went to sleep.
