Itchy/sore clit?

So this is weird and maybe TMI, but ever since I've been pregnant, my clit has been super sensitive. I've had testing for yeast infections, BV, UTI, other infections - all negative. However, sometimes my clit gets pretty itchy and sore. Almost as if my underwear is too tight. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be concerned? 😰😰
