Before people start jumping on me, I'm almost a week overdue. I'm being induced this Friday (medical reasons) and am so disappointed that I haven't went into labor on my own. It's our last child and I've been induced with every. single. baby. I wanted this time to be different.

Anyways, I have heard that pumping can *help* induce labor. My question is, has anyone tried and it work? If it did, how long did you pump and how many times, etc? I plan on trying tonight and also have plans with hubby to get down and dirty 😉

Please don't bother coming here just to give me the whole overused statement of "nothing will work if he/she isn't ready blah blah blah". Obviously, we all know that. But there isn't any harm in trying. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Edit: Did my first pumping session for 30 mins and now am feeling some very light contractions every once in awhile. Not getting my hopes up though. My nips feel pretty angry 😅
