Leaking boobs!?

Okay so I’m a first time mom first pregnancy and I’m 25 weeks today I stay at home while my spouse works so I rarely wear a bra when I’m home lately I’ve been leaking a lot! Small spots like this but multiple times a day I have to change my shirt is this normal?! What should I do I kinda feel like I’m wasting it?? Idk help!

Even if you somehow saved it, it would prob be bad by the time the baby is here. It’s also a little amount. It always looks like more on the shirt than what’s coming out

Very normal. It's colostrum, you feed baby this first before milk comes in. Don't pump before baby comes though, could start contractions. :)

Mine are like that I’m 29 weeks now it’s been happening since 18 weeks. Sometimes I soak my shirt and sheets while sleeping, I have to wear a bra and nipple pads like 24/7.

Completely normal. I was the same. DONT PUMP if you’re planing on nursing. Just get nursing pads or don’t wear anything. After my daughter was born I walked around wth out a shirt on for months. It was amazing. I just wrapped a towel around myself.

Totally normal, and not worth saving :) wear breast pads so your shirt doesn’t get soaked!
