Is this miscarriage?

I’ve been cramping for three weeks in my right side.. I’m aware that I’m pregnant. I just need to know if this is miscarriage. I went to the hospitals and my levels were fine. They want to see me back Friday but I just scheduled sooner because I’m worried.

Looks like the start. No tampons though. Use pads to allow flow and infection risk is high

Are you having pain? Cause a miscarriage hurts like hell! Some women bleed in the beginning of their pregnancy, clots and all. Good luck sweetie

I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage in the beginning of my twin pregnancy. Caused a lot of cramping and bleeding, everything continued normal and had a healthy pregnancy. 
Prior to that pregnancy, I miscarried around 4 months. The difference was grayish colored tissue in the miscarriage. Bright red or light isn’t always a miscarriage.
