Crying baby, boobs hurt, 12 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies!

Today when i was out there was a baby that started to cry im currently near 12 weeks pregnant, and when the bubby was crying my boobs started hurting, is that a normal thing to happen early in pregnancy?
