I actually know 2 people who have had this! My partners best friend and my aunty's ex.. both said they had an operation.. one had a fracture though and one had a ligament tear and the ligament one sounds like the worse one.. because his penis shrivelled up and it all sounded excruciating... both stayed in hospital for a week and recovery after operations were 6 weeks for fracture 8 weeks for ligament damage but both said they couldnt get back into sex for a while after that out of fear but they're fine now... however, pain left at 6 weeks post op for one and 8 weeks post op for the other x

My partners has completely gone now. It ripped multiple times then healed unattached 😂
