Need advice at 32 weeks

So I recently traveled, specifically through JFK airport (yes where the plane was quarantined due to the flu). Now I've been feeling sick, I told my OB yesterday and she told me to go to my primary care and get treated and tested for the flu. I'm active duty military so I went to my clinic and they denied me all treatment because I am pregnant and said to sit in front of a humidifier. That I am not allowed to go to the ER or urgent care because they would not refer me without seeing me and I would have to pay out of pocket if I went. They refused to see me or even take my temp. My temp was 103 this morning. Would you call your OB back and tell her what happened because she can't treat me for the flu?
