Diastasis Recti
Anyone else have experience with this? This will (unfortunately) be my 3rd C delivery. I'll never get my natural birth chance. Last time, I ended up w DR during recovery. It took me 5 months of PT to be medically released for full duty at work. Thank goodness I had found the Mutu program bc I was absolutely clueless starting out. Now, I'm concerned if it's inevitable again.
