It doesn't make you more fertile. It just facilitates sex. If you have trouble getting "lubed up" for baby making, this is a good way to help that doesn't harm sperm. Most commercial lubes hamper sperm.

I've been using it for over 3 years and nothing yet... I've been trying for baby number 1 for 6 years

Thank you guy I've been TTC for 4 month now and nothing had a miscarriage in February was only 5 weeks. And since then seems like its hard to get pregnant trying for baby #3
