Hear me out... pls.

I fell out a second floor window before I fell pregnant... I never went to hospital as I couldn't for reasons but i was in awful pain I couldn't stop crying or barely move... .. And I got a membrane sweep today and the pain im having is the same pain I had in my back when I fell out the window... well very similar to it kinda in the lower / middle my back .... should I be concerned?? Or could it just be the start of labor but because I've damaged my back the pains a bit different??.
