35w twins nausea, really tight stomach and mild period like cramping and sharp shooting pain in vagina

So I am 35w pregnant with twins and the last couple days I have been feeling so nausea today I have been lying down because I am so tired I have no energy my mom is down helping and my stomach is tightening on and off really tight and rock hard. I have also been having sharp shooting pains and mild cramping in my vagina. I don’t know if this is things getting really or should I be checked because I feel really really off
