38+5 baby barely moving today. Who do i call?

Do i call my OB or do I call L&D?  Or am i supposed to just go straight to the hospital?  Ftm and worried

When I was was pregnant my OB told me to drink ice cold water & something sweet then lay on my side to see if that’ll get baby moving if not then go straight to L&D for monitoring..

Call your assessment unit/ midwife. The first time this happened me around 25 weeks I was advised to drink a cold fizzy drink and lay on my left side, hold your bump and count your kicks, they aim for 10 within 2 hours. 
This happened me again yesterday, I used the same advise and it didn’t Work, I was told to come on in for a check up, baby was fine just being very stubborn. Don’t hesitate to call your midwife. I was told if it happened again today to come in for reassurance. They would rather see u everyday and everything be ok than to see you once and someone be wrong.

Call OB on your way to L&D. No one can be sure over the phone that all is well. my OB told me they'll always send you in to be checked if you have fluid that you suspect could be amniotic leaking or a big change in movement
