Getting nails done while pregnant?

I miss getting my nails done my husband thinks it’s bad for the baby I usually wait until right before I give birth so they look nice. Part of me thinks it’s a waste because I feel so big and ugly now what’s he point of getting my nails done

Girl go get your nails done! It’s not going to hurt your baby one bit. If it would make you feel more comfortable, wear a mask.

I do it all the time. Think about the ladies that work there everyday. They have babies.

If your husband is concerned, there are some brands of polish that don’t contain the chemicals thought to be harmful. I bought a set of Deborah Lipman polishes for this reason and have been painting them myself throughout. I was bummed that my favorite brand, China Glaze, isn’t considered safe but these helped :)

I'm getting my hair colored, and i'm getting my nails done soon. It makes me feel good about myself and it won't hurt the baby.

This is my 3rd pregnancy/c section in just under 4 years - this week has glucose test (passed) & low iron (need pills as usual which make me feel like crap) and I’m just over being pregnant really. I thought maybe pretty nails (that I always have done when I’m not pregnant since like high school lol) would me feel normal
