Bipolar is an extremely glamorized and stereotypical mental disorder. Just because you range emotions of good and bad, doesn't mean you're bipolar. It's something much more complicated and you shouldn't diagnose yourself unless you are by a medical professional. I would definitely seek help though as I know what it's like to feel stuck. It's a release to get help if you feel something isn't right.

That doesn't sound like bipolar. Bipolar is switching between periods of depression and mania/hypomania. These switches aren't always quick either.
However, you should speak with a professional about what your feeling because it must suck to deal with that.
