Helpp!!

I have been bleeding for over a month now and I usually use the diva cup with no problems..

The past couple days I have been super crampy and nauseous. I have also been having huge blood clots bigger than quarters. Ik it is not from blood sitting in the cup because when they drop, they take up a 1/4 of an oz or more and then the blood pours out of the diva cup and makes me feel like I'm peeing myself or something. I have been going through going though panties and dumping out the super constantly through the vast couple days. I really dont know what to do..

should I be worried or am I over reacting!? They are compared to a quarter and the cap to a face wash.
