Depression over abortion

I hd my surgical abortion done 3 month ago. At 14 weeks. And i cant get over the depression and sadness. Even though I know for sure that it was the best choice i made im still depressed and sad all the time. Does anyone know if post abortion stress ever go away from your life??? Or it stays forever with you? I went to store today to buy some gifts for my friends newborn and as soon As i left store i started crying over my baby. I feel like im unable to cope with it
