Lighter periods since medical abortion?

I took the abortion pills back in April and ever since then all my periods have been significantly lighter. I’m on day 2 and I only had to change my pad like twice i could probably get away with using liners when back then day 2 was the heaviest. I also don’t get as much cramps and sore breasts as I used to. Is this how my periods are gonna keep being from now on? It’s been 5 months since the abortion so I think it should’ve returned to normal by now :(
