What foods caused gas in your baby?

What we eat doesnt transfer through our milk like so many people believe. Gas is normally caused from them taking in air. Lip ties or tongue ties constantly get misdiagnosed as teflux or gas from what moms eating. Getting ties revised helps those side effects go away and is also good because ties can cause speech problems. Many LC’s aren’t even educated on them correctly

I have not changed my diet at all since I started breastfeeding. My daughter has issues with gas on a near daily basis, but it’s worse when she’s cluster feeding in a growth spurt. I burp her often, bicycle her legs, and use gas drops if she is really fussy. She farts constantly while feeding and burping, but it is no fun to see her fussing.

He was gassy all the time, didn’t make a difference what I ate drank. He farted like an old man with no manners, well still does now at 8months. But I would rather have him farting then having pain for not being able to. His pediatrician said it’s mostly because his guts are learning to work properly
