What could this mean?

Alright so i posted a few days ago but so many people post on here that i will recap, ive been having symptoms of pregnancy including sore breasts like very sore, nausea, extreme fatigue, cramping, vivid dreams of pregnancy, and now i can no longer stand the smell of bleach to clean like i used to, my appetite is increasing and when i wiped to pee there was a pinkish color like spotting amount but it was very pinkish. Im about 5-6 days away from getting my period but the more days that go by the more symptoms show. Am i crazy or what does this all sound like if not a pregnancy?
