Stomach Tightening

How does everyone keep track of their stomach tightening? I’ve been having this happen the past month or so and my doc said if it happens for ten minutes every hour to call. What does that mean?! I should have asked more questions but of course I didn’t. 🙄🙄🙄

Is it every ten minutes....does the contraction last for ten minutes....? I was getting cramps along with the tightening but the cramps aren’t as noticeable now.

So many things I have to look out for and I’m just like whaaaaaa.
