That is a really bad infection.  You need to go to  the doctor right away.  Seriously,  when your skin starts coming off you need to go in.  I would even suggest the urgent care if you doctors office isnt open.

I am a nurse. You definately need to go to the ER. That looks like cellulitis. You really need some IV antibiotics. I hope you feel better!

Looks like an in grown toenail that grew into an infection.  Probably cellulites. I would get in right away. You need some antibotics. I'd soke it in Epsom salt too a couple times a day. Looks so sore. If you have a fever it could be worse so please go in. Be sure to let them know if you went to a salon or had a pedicure too.
