I need to dry up my milk 😣
Ive decided to no longer breastfeed for reasons that are nobodys business. My son is now exclusively using formula and i cant bf him without it hurting his belly, which i hate doing. I can pump, but i need to know how to dry my milk up slowly at least until tomorrow. My ob is closed right now, once hes open im gonna call him and try to see what he says but my boobs are full and they hurt. Do i pump? Do i use cold compresses and not pump? Please help me 😣
