How do you feel about cannabis usage among educators?

A few work colleagues and I were discussing the topic of cannabis consumption amongst teachers and child care providers the other day and I was curious about the general opinion of people. We all obviously agreed that being medicated on the job is a no for us, but a few of us brought valid points and research into the discussion regarding the stigma, benefits, licensing policies, and exceptions. I would love to hear people’s informed opinions on the topic, as I found it very interesting to discuss. We branched out into more specific topics like medical reasons, CBD, and microdosing. Where do you stand?
