7 Common Types of Submissives:

1 The "Little girl" Submissive: Little girl subs are giggly, inocent, and needy. They usually crave attention and for that reason don't tend to do well in polyamorous relationship, since they often want all of their daddy doms attention. Once they find a daddy dom, they tend to be completely devoted to them.

2 The “Tame Me” Submissive: These subs are rebellious, and strong willed, and they crave a dom who can put them in their place. These subs get bored with routine and often act out in order tto be dominated. They can be a lot of fun and have a unique wildness to them.

3 The “SAM” Submissive: Smart-assed masochists have quick tongues and like to talk back. These subs are usually only this way to those they are close to. Their behavior can often be confused as a cry for attention, but often it is only them being playful, most SAMs arn’t actually masochistic and when threatened with punishment they tend to back off. On occasion when they bring their dom anger, they will back off since SAMs don't actually like causing their dom distress. They tend to be fun and playful partners. SAMs are often mislabeled as a Brat.

4 The “Brat” Submissive: Often confused with ”Tame Me” and ”SAM”s, these subs can be aggressive, smart-mouthed, and rude. They do not submit to anyone's authority, besides their partners. They love to harass and tease other subs and doms alike. Oddly though, Brats tend to be very good submissives. Their behavior is most likely caused by the security and confidence they feel from the fact that they have a dom and no one else can punish them. Brats often only push those they know they can push.

5 The “My Master is God” Submissive: These subs often believe that their dom can do no wrong, that their word is law, and that they know everything there is to know. These subs spend lots of time talking about how great their dom is, and how well they are treated or how amazing their scenes are. These subs are extremely devoted and loving partners, but tend to be new or inexperienced, and often so are their partners.

6 The “I am Slave, Hear Me Roar!” Submissive:

This type of sub believes that they have the best version of submission, that slaves have the most commitment, sacrifice, talent, experience and will to submit. These subs believe that anyone not in a 24/7 TPE are not up to their standard. They often look down on safewords and may not even have one. Unlike the traditional slave, these slaves tend to be loud and proud of their submission. These subs tend to be very committed, talented, and willing to endure anything for their master.

7 The “True” Submissive: These subs are often shy, under spoken, docile, and servile. They often try to mold their submission to the dominants they serve. They are more concerned with what their dom asks of them then their own wants and needs. This type of sub is often inexperienced and untaught. They may not know how to vet their partners and often are willing to listen to anyone who will dom them. These subs are easily educated and trained. They have lots of potential, and with the correct guidance they can easily become a fine submissive.

There are also, of course, the “normal” submissives that enjoy carrying on conversations, are very openly opinionated and very capable of handling themselves in social situations. It is to these kinds of submissives that others would do well to look to as role models and advice-givers.
