Abnormal pap while ttc

I had my regular exam a few weeks ago, at that time I also had my iud removed. My doctor called me today and told me my results were abnormal and wanted to schedule a colposcopy. I'm freaking out, not really sure what to expect. My ovulation period was a few days ago, so now I'm kinda wondering if it would be a bad thing that we got pregnant this time around (which obviously it's still to early to tell).
