Massage at 7 wk
I’m planning my friend’s bridal shower at a spa and booked a massage. I’ll be 7 weeks then and on the confirmation email it specifically says “First trimester massage and body treatments are not performed here”. Is it bad to get a massage at 7 weeks and what is a first trimester massage? No one knows I’m pregnant and it will be very questionable if I’m the only one not getting a massage, which I could really use anyways!!!
