Sharp shooting pain around vagina??

Has anyone felt this? It comes and goes and only lasts for like 3 seconds. It’s such an intense feeling that I have to stop what I’m doing and kinda crouch down, I’m 30 weeks! Has anyone felt this and is it normal?! I’m asking my doc tomorrow but I just wanna know if anyone else is on the same boat 😭

Yes! It is lightening crotch! It hurts but it is totally normal.

Yup I had this with my second pregnancy. Stopped me in my tracks and then would go away. I would definitely double check with your dr but I was told mine was due to my son sitting on a nerve. He always sat very low.

The internet calls it Lightning Crotch and its pretty much the worst (but not something to worry about in isolation).

Yup..I am 33 weeks and just asked my doctor about this yesterday..totally normal.

Yep it’s called lightning crotch, my little girl is down low already so she is either hitting a nerve or actually hitting my cervix. My doctor told me not to worry about it.
