38wks and feeling every single one!

I am feeling so many aches and pains unlike my last 3 pregnancies!!! Baby is #4 and the last few nights ive been woken up by, what feels like, my lower stomach being ripped apart and I cant roll over until the pain passes. Today i woke up 4 from the same pain plus a horribly sore back and my hips feeling like they have hot pokers stabbing them. I couldnt go back to sleep. Ive been wanting to carb load all day but my stomach has been so upset and i havent been able to keep off the toilet. I hope this eases up but if not I see my doc tomorrow (9/13) at 8am. Maybe baby is ready just like her big sister was at 38wks lol
