My dr recommended me taking them a few months before trying to get pregnant. It helps build up that folic acid. Plus all the goodies it helps with!

I've heard yes and I've heard no, because prenatals have more iron in them then normal vitamins. But I would google it 🤷‍♀️ personally, I took them for hair growth.

Yea you can, it says on the bottle you can take pregnant or not pregnant it’s just very healthy for you in general
