Help? Advice?

A few days ago it seemed like I got a pinkish color in my discharge. I called my OB and two days ago she had me come in for blood work. hCG then was over 2,000. Came back in today for a repeat and hCG was over 5,000. But when I went to the bathroom I got very obvious noticeable blood. Should I try to go into my OB tomorrow? Could this be the start of a miscarriage despite levels going up? Photos of that day VS today. This is a high-risk pregnancy after PPROM at 18 weeks which resulted in a loss.

I know its hard not to worry.. especially having a loss... If i had a dollar for every time i saw a picture almost exactly like this..id be rich..  And most of the time its EXTREMELY normal. I would call your OB and ask if he/she wants you to come in. But my dr told me that spotting and bleeding is very normal- what you do is watch it. Now if its bright red or black and accompanied by cramps and pain or fills up a pad in less than an hour, go to the ER. I think this looks normal though hun. Your levels would definitely be decreasing if it was a miscarriage
