Ladies and gentlemen,

I require your opinions on the situation happening with my Monster-in-law.

Quick background: the two of us have hated each other from the very beginning. She hated me because I was with her son, and wasn’t deemed good enough, and I hated her because she thought that way of me before meeting me, and because she tries controlling every step in life that her son and I take.

Anyway, so, my partner and I have a one year old son together, and I’m pregnant with our second child, a daughter.

She never got to see my son a lot over the past year because she smoked literally in his face, and I kicked her ass out. We ended up sorting stuff out (somewhat) for my partners sake. But eventually, another mishap happened with her, and we had a falling out again. She ignored all of my texts, calls...and banned me from ever going to her house again. But then she expected that I’d let my partner take our son over to see her, and have family gatherings without me. Not on. I’m part of the package deal (and he agrees), so she stopped talking to him as well, and told her kids that they weren’t allowed to come and see us or our kids.

So, for the sake of all the kids, and my partner, I messaged her on Instagram (the only possible way left to get in contact with her, and see if she’d seen it), asking her to come over for coffee and we’d sort it out between the three of us once and for all. And to get in contact with one of us to let us know when she would like to. She saw the message, but still never got in touch with us. What pisses me off is that she’s going around town saying she wants to see her grandson, and that we need to sort things out...BUT SHE REFUSES TO!! Like what the hell?!?!

I’m at my wits end. Someone please tell me what the hell I am supposed to do!! 😒
