Expressing Cholostrum

First time Mum here 👋 Currently 36 1/2 weeks pregnant
Does anyone have any tips on hand expressing cholostrum and getting it into the syringe? I’ve been expressing on a spoon but the syringe still doesn’t suck it up 🤷♀️ I don’t know what to do aha 🤦🏻♀️
