Doctor visit schedule?

I went to confirm pregnancy by blood work at 5 weeks then first ultrasound at 7w1d because doctor was going to be gone at my eight weeks. Well because I was off a week when they scheduled four weeks later it was at 11w1d instead of 12 but then I won a photo shoot and needed to move my apt up the weekend so now I'm going back at 10w5d and I'm suppose to get the gender and screening blood work. Will they still be able to do it this early a d should j see if I can get another apt at 12 weeks to get back on schedule?
