Struggling with my water
So I am struggling this pregnancy to make sure I am drinking enough water. I tend to be a chug/ big gulp kind of drinker and I can’t really do that this pregnancy without it triggering my nausea. I have a hard time to just sip throughout the day and get enough water.
With my son, I had morning sickness, but it was not as unpredictable as this pregnancy. In the middle of the night I will wake up in desperate need of a drink, but if I drink something my stomach will immediately want to throw up what goes down.
I’ve heard that eating water heavy foods can help? Like watermelon? Has anyone else had this problem? How did you overcome it?
I just miss drinking water like a normal person. I’m 13 weeks.
