CAN A PREGNANT WOMAN'S WATER BREAK WHILE SHE IS SLEEPING??

first off- im sorry if this sounds like a stupid question.. im kinda embarrassed to ask..but i just don't know.

so this morning when i awoke, i was covered in what i thought was pee at first..i mean so much.. ive never peed in bed. and it certainly does not smell like pee. i stood up, and more trickled down my leh, not much at this point tho. my 1st baby- i was doind dishes, and i kbew for sure my water broke cuz it was like a waterfall... i was 37 weeks at that time..

so now im only 30 weeks-my duedate is nov.15,2018... so im very very early for this to occur!?!? right???

so it's now been about an hour since i woke up- i don't feel any pains, or bleeding or contractions... perhaps i peed in my sleep??? idk???

i called my e.r. that will be delivering the baby- only a 5min drive away- they of course told me to come in..said better to be safe than sorry...which is where im going now..

im just very concerned, being that im only 30 weeks pregnant!!

ok so has anyone had this occur?? where their water broke while they were asleep??
