Cramps post sex on paragard?

Hi! I'm new to Ruby and iuds. I had a paragard inserted a couple of weeks ago and each time I've had sex or masturbated after I've had either abdominal or cervical cramping/sharp pains. Is this normal? And recommendations on how to help prevent since I got the iud to help rather than hurt my sex life!
