Anyone pregnant with a belly button ring?

I'm not pregnant but one day plan to be and I have my belly button pierced My mom had hers and suggested I could use thick fishing line while pregnant to keep it open but I'm worried about the stretching causing my scar tissue to show? I'm not sure how to explain this. Anyways, any ladies had/have one while pregnant, can you show pics of what your belly piercing looked like with the belly and without(if already gave birth). Thank you!

I plan to take it out when pregnant! That's not the question I asked. I've had my belly pierced two time already and I have a little scar tissue around the piercing hole already and I don't want to have to get it re pierced. I want to know what my belly button will look like while pregnant and after birth without a piercing in it. Thank you
