Help! Need advice.
I just found out I’m pregnant I’m 4 weeks and 4 days. I went to the doctors yesterday and they did an exam and now I have brown spotting and had cramps. I’m scared hope I’m not miscarrying. I didn’t have this issue with my daughter. Any advice?
