Idk if this is the right place to post this or not but I had to send my dog to live with a family member till we can pay the pet deposit for him but my boyfriend hasn't paid for his cat either but let's her stay here I may just be being selfish cause I miss my dog alot but dont want to get in trouble for him being here

a cat is a lot easier to hide than a dog considering it needs to be let out and walked around and usually cats don't cause as much damage than a dog. you should speak with him about getting that money together soon so you can have your fur baby back!

You can easily hide a cat a dog is almost impossible to hide. It sucks but its much easier to get away with. Just start saving and once you pay the deposit puppy can come home

Me and my SO have lived in an apartment and we wont pay the $500 pet deposit since our rent is $620, we have 1 dog and have kept him hid for 2 years! Unless your apartment manager goes and looks in your apartment when your not there ; you can keep your dog hid! Best of luck!

where I used to live I had a cat and a dog. they new about both but only made me pay for the dog even though the policy was for both cats and dogs. they see dogs as being able to be more destructive to the property than cats

My ex and I hid my two cats in an apartment for the same reason but there’s noooooooo way I could have hid my dog. 
That being said I 100% see where you’re coming from. It’s SO hard to be away from your fur babies, especially for an undetermined amount of time. I can see where you’re mind wants to blame someone. So just buckle down and save save save girl I totally believe in you!
