Okay, so I've gained about 8-9 lbs so far and I'm only 14 weeks today. I get hungry randomly and try to eat small snacks here and there but I feel like I'm doing something wrong because with my last 2 pregnancies, I didnt gain weight until after 20 weeks.
I feel so fat and I want to figure out how to maintain and maybe start doing a little exercise. If I dont snack throughout the day I get horribly nauseous (but I dont ever throw up)
What can i do?! I'm still trying to hide my pregnancy too so all this weight gain os making that extremely hard!
