First time OPK question

Okay, so I just ordered OPKs and used one today at 6 pm for the first time. My periods are sporadic, sometimes coming at 30 days and sometimes up to 90, with my last one starting on September 2nd.

Is this a test again in 12 hours opk or a wait till tomorrow at 6 opk?
