Why do people stare at me 😩

I have the worst anxiety and terrible self esteem issues. But every single time I’m in public people stare at me and it bothers the hell out me. Like I can’t tell if they think I’m the most hideous person they’ve ever seen or if they actually find me cute 😂
Or maybe cause I’m pregnant and they notice my belly? Regardless it makes me uncomfortable

Omg I’m the same! I actually had therapy for this quite a few years ago cos I was so self conscious it was actually making me not want to go outside cos it was like there’s something wrong with me why do people always stare?! 
I’m over it now but I do still notice random people staring at me, I used to think I was either part of something similar to the Truman show or I’ve become a meme that everyone’s seen and I’m the only one that hasn’t 😅 I think people just naturally look at others, there doesn’t even need to be a specific reason or anything wrong, but even more so if they notice you’re pregnant.  I find myself staring at people at times and I won’t even be thinking anything it’s like my eyes just find something to look at 🤷🏽‍♀️😅

Ugh, I hate people staring. I also have social anxiety and hardly ever leave the bed to begin with. I’m literally In my bed all day everyday. 
When I HAVE to go out, people stare so much. It doesn’t help that I’m tall, dark-skinned and I live in Japan so of course they stare and take sneaky pictures of me from their cars and wherever. I hate it. What makes it worse are the giggles, mind you they could be laughing at other things but usually when they stare at you and laugh, it’s easy to assume it’s about you. 🤦🏾‍♀️😩

Lol yup people stare and they’re super nice right now lol Try to enjoy it. I’ve had people do a lot of small nice things because I’m showing now. With so much ugly in the world it’s nice to see people’s humanity coming through. 😊
