Post nasal🤧

Any of you guys have post nasal drip? I need help without having to cough so much because mucus trickles Down at the back of my throat and then I have a coughing fit so it’s embarrassing, I drink water but it doesn’t help

I literally look like I’m dying with my coughing fits ! I do blow out my nose cause I am sick but even with that it’s useless, any tips ?
